In order to provide your company with a discount code and wholesale pricing, please submit the Signed Distributor Agreement, the discount code application form and submit your State Resale/Tax Exempt Number or email a current resale or tax-exempt certificate (if relevant) to:

In order to provide your company with credit terms and wholesale pricing, your finance department will need to complete the credit application form and submit a current resale or tax-exempt certificate (if relevant) both of which are available to download.
You may send a credit reference sheet in lieu of completing the "reference section" of the credit application, however please complete ALL other sections in their entirety including authorized signature.
Our terms (should you require them) are available for download as well.
The Credit Approval Process takes 5-10 business days after receipt of complete credit information.
